Accessibility

Effective September 27, 2026.

Meetvia LLC wants meetusvia.com to be usable by the widest range of people. We aim for the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. Some parts of the site, including the third-party chat, are only partially there. If you hit a barrier, tell us and we will work on it.

What we have in place

• A skip link on each page, and a single main heading.
• Text that meets contrast on the white and black surfaces we control.
• Buttons and links that can be reached from a keyboard, with a visible focus ring.
• The All Star mark is marked as decorative in the header and named in the footer.
• The page can be zoomed. Layout uses normal document flow.

Known limits

• The chat widget is provided by LeadConnector. Its calendar controls, form fields, and focus order are partly outside our page. We brand the colors, and we do not control every control inside that widget.
• The homepage calendar is a preview. Some empty day cells exist so the month lines up. They are disabled.

Use the chat on meetusvia.com and write “accessibility” in the message, along with the page and what got in the way. If the chat itself is the barrier, say so in as much detail as you can.
