These terms are the agreement between you and Meetvia LLC for meetusvia.com and the chat on that site. Please also read the Privacy Policy and the TCPA Disclosure.

The short version: the site explains scheduling. The calendar is a preview and does not book a meeting. The chat is for a question you choose to send. Texts that follow are customer-care messages about that question. You must be 18 or older.

1. Who operates this site

Meetiva is operated by Meetvia LLC for All Star Financial Group, Gilbert, Arizona. “Meetiva,” “we,” and “us” mean Meetvia LLC.

2. What the site does

It describes how an All Star agent can share one link and offer open times.
The calendar and time buttons on the homepage are a preview. Choosing a time there does not create an appointment.
The chat lets you ask a question. A person follows up about that inquiry.

Meetiva does not issue insurance, set premiums, or bind coverage. Anything about coverage is discussed with a licensed All Star agent, not decided by this website.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and located in the United States to use the chat or ask us to text you.

4. The chat and text messages

If you submit your phone number, you agree that Meetvia LLC may text or call that number about your inquiry, including with automated technology. Message frequency varies. 5. Acceptable use

Do not use the site or the chat to send unlawful, abusive, or misleading content, to impersonate someone else, or to interfere with the site. We may refuse or end a chat that breaks these terms.

6. Our marks

The Meetiva name and the All Star mark on this site belong to their owners. You may not copy them for your own product.

7. Disclaimers

The site is provided as available. Scheduling examples, meeting lengths, and sample links are illustrations. A preview time is not a held appointment. We do not promise that a particular agent is free at a particular hour until a real booking exists.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Meetvia LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the chat. Our total liability for a claim about the site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars.

9. Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes that are not resolved informally will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, unless a law that applies to you requires a different forum. You and Meetvia LLC each waive a jury trial to the extent that waiver is allowed.

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. The date at the top is the version in effect.
