Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Meetvia LLC collects on meetusvia.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

The short version: we collect your name, phone number, and message when you use the chat. We use that to answer your inquiry. We do not sell your personal information. Your mobile number and text-message consent are not shared for anyone else’s marketing.

1. Who we are

Meetiva is operated by Meetvia LLC (“Meetvia,” “we,” “us”) for All Star Financial Group. Our business is in Gilbert, Arizona. This policy covers meetusvia.com, the chat widget on that site, and customer-care messages that follow a chat you start.

Meetiva schedules conversations. It is not an insurance policy, and submitting the chat does not buy coverage or book an appointment by itself. The calendar on the homepage is a preview.

2. Information you give us

Name, mobile phone number, and the message you type in the chat.
The date and time you submitted the chat, and the page you were on.
Later messages you exchange with us about that inquiry, including texts you reply to.
A record that you saw the consent language and submitted your number.

3. Information collected automatically

Basic device and browser data, such as browser type, general location derived from an IP address, and the page that referred you.
Essential cookies that remember your cookie choice and keep the chat widget working.
Optional cookies only if you choose Allow all. See Manage cookies.

4. How we use it

To reply to the question you sent.
To send customer-care texts about that inquiry, such as a follow-up or an appointment coordination message. These are not promotional blasts.
To keep a record of consent, opt-out, and support requests.
To secure the site and prevent abuse.

5. Text messages stay with us

Mobile phone numbers, SMS consent, and text-message history collected through the chat are used by Meetvia LLC and the messaging platform that sends those texts on our behalf. We do not sell, rent, or share that mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing.

6. Who we share it with

We share information with service providers that run the site and the chat for us, including the LeadConnector messaging platform that delivers the widget and the texts. They may use the information only to provide that service. We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our users and staff.

7. How long we keep it

We keep chat and consent records for as long as we need them to handle your inquiry, honor an opt-out, and meet carrier and legal record-keeping rules. You can ask us to delete what we are not required to keep.

8. Your choices

Reply STOP to a text to opt out. Reply HELP for help.
Ask for access, correction, or deletion through the chat on meetusvia.com. Put “privacy request” in the message and include the phone number you used.
California residents can also use Do Not Sell My Info.

9. Children

Meetiva is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

10. Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. The current version is always at meetusvia.com/privacy.
